What does working on yourself actually mean? To me it means to first have the courage to look at yourself, your patterns, your imperfections. Second, to recognize these patterns when they repeat itself over and over again, and then thirdly trying to change them by practicing it over and over and never giving up. So you become your own internal trainer. Changing yourself from the inside out and with that the world around you will start changing as well.

Last night the full moon was so close to the earth it felt as if it kissed me.
This full moon was not only the closest and brightest supermoon of 2016 but also the largest since 1948. According to NASA the full moon won’t come this close to Earth again until November 25, 2034.
When the universe offers treasures like this to remind us that we are just part of a giant creation we need to celebrate this unique opportunity and cherish it.

I am discovering more and more that the things I see with my bare eyes, the things that are obvious in life aren’t really the exciting part of life.
Often, when people talk too much, when they go on and on without any interruption, when they explain a lot, try to give you all the details, involve several scenarios, and try to confuse you with countless information they are trying to distract you from who they really are. When I meet someone like this who wants to convince me that they are right or even try to pull me into their boat, then I know for sure it’s a coverup. A person like this is only presenting their mentally constructed ego part trying to hide who they truly are.
As a dancer I meet many people, many men that talk a lot. I am usually not that interested in their words. What interests me more is what is beneath their skin. Soul work happens in the strip club. I go skin deep and deeper.

The problem with conventional therapy is that it only looks at a problem intellectually and focuses on raising awareness about the issue. The believe that when you identify the problem you can change it is most of the time false. Sometimes, self-awareness magnifies the problem and often people go crazy. Conventional therapy doesn’t give people tools to resolve issues, patterns, and problems. Nor does it look at the issue from a spiritual or intuitive standpoint.
