HOW TO PUSH THROUGH PAIN AND SURVIVE LOSS

If I would have to give advice about how to live through depression, loss, anxiety, despair, and pain I would share with you that exercise, dance, walking, any form of moving will and can be your life saver. This is not just based on my personal experience but also on stories from clients, customers, and friends. People who never exercised a day in their life before they experienced loss found that exercise — sometimes, driven to extremes — saved them from giving up and made them push forward, helped them become stronger and more self-aware, and made their life matter again. If you’re down, if you feel there’s no more reason to go on, don’t numb yourself instead start moving, feeling, breathing, sweating, and grieving while hurting. Physical pain helps to cope with emotional pain .
