Many people are too busy distracting themselves from life that they miss out on life. Alcohol, prescription medications, drugs, video games, watching sports instead of playing sports, excessive sleeping, and many other time wasting, numbing activities distract from life and sidetrack people into thinking that this is what life is all about.
The only thing that really matters in life is what actions you take today to make a difference, to better yourself, and to change the world into a better world. Everything else is a diversion and will make you miss out on precious lifetime. Don’t waste your life on non-living activities. Instead start living to the fullest.
