THE GROWTH IN POLE DANCING

No matter what age you are, as a pole dancer, you can never allow yourself not to improve your skills. You have to continue to work on your strength, flexibility (even if you are not one of the bendy girls), dance moves, pole tricks, and continue to improve your repertoire. You can never be satisfied with where you are as a dancer. That doesn’t mean the tricks have to be more difficult … it means you work with your partner, the pole, to make the moves you perform second nature. Training can never stop. Pole dancing is like life. If you don’t grow, it ends. Even if you’re still alive.
