I come to the conclusion that all suffering, all unhappiness, frustration, and any feelings of not being where you should be and want to be is there to catapult you to another level of consciousness and eventually give you the power to transform yourself. Even happiness and extreme joy are exactly suppose to do the same. There are no bad feelings. The power lies in accepting what you feel and determining whether it is a pattern you keep falling into. We often feel and do the same things throughout a life time. Unpleasant feelings are just an indication that you might want to find a way how you can change your respond to the person or situation that triggered those feelings. And don’t judge. In Yoga we welcome pain as a warning sign to make an adjustment or even come out of a pose. It is your choice to stay, change, or even go.
